David Stanley Boe, 58, passed away into God’s care on October 23rd, 2023, surrounded by loved one’s in the ICU at St. Luke’s Hospital. David was born to Herbert R. “Russell” Boe and Norma Janke Boe in Miles City, Montana on October 25th, 1964. David’s early years were spent in Broadus, Montana until the family moved to Duluth, Minnesota. David attended Glen Avon Presbyterian Church while growing up and graduated from Duluth East High School in 1983. ....
