Penn State’s annual Prisoners of War/Missing in Action Remembrance Ceremony on Sept. 16 will include a rifle salute performed by members of the American Legion on the Old Main lawn. Community members are reminded not to be alarmed at the sound of the salute, which will occur shortly after the vigil begins at 5 p.m.
