The National Electrification Administration (NEA) has been flagged for violating its own Charter by issuing policies that allegedly overstepped the powers of the electric cooperatives (ECs) on the appointment of their own general managers (GMs). Senate Committee on Energy Chairman Sherwin T. Gat
