Kansas Wesleyan adds Leite to Office of Diversity

Kansas Wesleyan adds Leite to Office of Diversity The Salina Journal Kansas Wesleyan has added a longtime collegiate professor to its growing Office of Diversity. Pedro Leite, former Vice President for Student Affairs and Academic Affairs at Cloud County Community College, has joined the staff as a Student Support Advisor.  Leite spent this fall as an adjunct in KWU’s Computer Studies department, after coming to KWU from Cloud County Community College. He has also worked in administrative or faculty roles at Butler County Community College, Friends University and Kansas State Polytechnic, and he championed diversity-related initiatives at each.  “We’re thrilled to bring Prof. Pedro Leite into the Office of Diversity,” said Dr. Damon Kraft, KWU Provost. “His wealth of experience in higher education, both in administration and classroom instruction, will enable him to contribute significantly to the KWU mission. We believe he will effectively work with Dr. Allen Smith
