Dr Ghassan Abu Sittah was due to speak at the French parliament hearing on the Israel-Hamas conflict but he claims he was detained at the airport and is waiting to be sent back to London.
Dr. Ahmed Almaqadma, who worked as a plastic surgeon at Gaza’s al-Shifa Hospital, was killed with his mother after Israeli forces raided the hospital during Ramadan.
