ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Board of Investment (BOI) has said that second Special Economic Zones (SEZ) of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) begins with Planned Rs.53.6 billion investment in Faisalabad to attract the foreign and local investors with state of art world standard facilities.
After the launch of China Pakistan Economic Corridor’s (CPECs) first Rashakai SEZ, colonization of the CPEC, Allama Iqbal Industrial City (AIIC) Faisalabad begins with planned Rs.53.6 billion Investment, said a press release issued by BOI here on Sunday.

ISLAMABAD, Mar. 2 (Gwadar Pro) - The Federal Board of Investment (BOI) Pakistan is to organize ‘China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Industrial Cooperation Business to Business (B2B) Investment Conference’ on March 4 in Peshawar. The conference would focus on CPEC priority sectors to facilitate cooperation and linkage between Pakistani and foreign businessmen and entrepreneurs. BOI would facilitate matchmaking and handholding of Chinese and foreign companies with their Pakistani counterparts.
An official of BOI told Gwadar Pro “Seventy to 80 Chinese companies and different diplomatic circles would participate in the conference” and he added, “Mexico, Malaysia and Indonesia are amongst the countries to participate ”.
Pakistan, Indonesia discuss investment opportunities in different sectors

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Ambassador of Indonesia to Pakistan H.E Adam M. Tugio along with a delegation met the MOS/Chairman Board of Investment (BOI) Mr. Atif R. Bokhari and the Secretary Board of Investment Ms. Fareena Mazhar at the BOI in Islamabad on Thursday and exchanged views over trade, investment, and other issues of mutual interest.
During the meeting the government’s most important initiative “Ease of Doing Business” was discussed.
The Indonesian ambassador appreciated the efforts of BOI in the prospective of Ease of Doing Business (EODB).
H.E Adam M. Tugio also reiterated the government stance to work hard for Ease of Doing Business (EoDB).
