Toddler called 911 and said baby was dead, turned out to be her doll

Fear turned to relief for police in Stearns County when a very young 911 caller told them her baby was dead, but was actually referring to her doll.
The misunderstanding happened on Feb. 21, when dispatchers received a 911 hang-up from Sauk Township.
When dispatcher Aaron Rosenberger called back, he eventually made contact with a 3-year-old girl who said her baby was dead.
This unsurprisingly prompted a swift 911 response, only for deputies arriving at the scene swiftly determining that the 911 caller was a 3-year-old child and that the concern she had was that she was unable to wake her doll.
