The victims have been taken to three hospitals, including alder hey Childrens Hospital in liverpool, which has declared a major incident, saying that parents should only bring their children if its urgent. There has been an update from police. They say armed police arrested a 17 year old boy. Theyve said theyre not treating the incident as terror related and have said there is no risk to the public.
