Senator Joe Manchin say notable holdout, opposes certain portions of the bill but supports a lot thats in there, including making Election Day a federal holiday, 15 days of early voting, automatic Voter Registration and we believe that democrats are close to Coming Up with a version that can get all 50 of their members on board. Of course, hallie, as you know, getting 50 democrats on board is not enough. They need to get 60 to clear the filibuster and that is where the Big Question comes in.
