Guimaras Comelec Provincial Election Supervisor Salud Milagros Villanueva said they are targeting the teenage group since it will be their first time to vote. SK registrants should be 15 years but not over 30 years on the day of the elections and resident of the barangay where they intend to register for at least six months on or before Dec. 5. When asked what are his plans, Garcia said, "I will pursue the electoral reforms that we started in a private capacity. The academe and private practice is (sic) so enticing." Garcia, together with two other appointees of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to the Commission Chairman Saidamen Pangarungan and Commissioner Aimee Neri were all by-passed by the Commission on Appointments Wednesday. He said he does not have ill feelings for not getting the appointment. Garcia also thanked Comelec and the public. "No bad feelings. No regrets. The DICT will provide cloud hosting of Comelec's online services that include the Registration Status Verifier, Precinct Finder, Online Voter Certification Application, and results website. DICT is also conducting the Vulnerable Assessment and Penetration Testing on Comelec's online services to the security of the infrastructure to used for the cloud hosting.
