Tourism Ministers of Turkic countries to meet in Kokand
AKIPRESS.COM - The 6th meeting of the Tourism Ministers of the Turkic Cooperation Council will be held on June 23-24 in Kokand, the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of Uzbekistan reported.
The attendance was so far confirmed by Turkic Council Secretary General Baghdad Amreyev, Minsiter of Culture and Sport of Kazakhstan Aktoty Raimkulova, Deputy Prime Minister and Minsiter of Economy and Finances of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of hte State Tourism Agency Fuad Nagiev.
The countries will consider issues related to recovery of tourism sphere after coronavirus pandemic, including resumption of international flights, ziyorat tourism (visiting holy places). ....

Mongolia reports a record of 2,263 new cases of coronavirus, 8 deaths
AKIPRESS.COM - A single-day record of 2,263 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Mongolia in the past 24 hours, Health Ministry said on June 14.
1,650 of the new cases were detected in Ulaanbaatar city and 613 in rural areas: 106 cases in Orkhon aimag, 91 in Darkhan-Uul, 17 in Khuvsgul, 24 in Selenge, 7 in Bulgan, 72 in Khovd, 13 in Khentii, 34 in Tuv, 28 in Arkhangai, 32 in Dornod, 45 in Uvurkhangai, 97 in Gobi-Altai, 36 in Bayankhongor, 23 in Uvs, 8 in Bayan-Ulgii, 15 in Zavkhan, 8 in Gobisumber, and 22 in Sukhbaatar.
Over 500 of the new cases are children under the age of 17, 66 percent are people aged between 18 and 59, and 7.8 percent are people aged over 60. ....
