Eighty-five new cases of COVID-19 were reported for Dec. 7, 50 new cases were reported for Dec. 8, 68 new cases were reported for Dec. 9 and 71 new cases were reported for Dec. 10. “After only 11 days in December we have 702 cases,” McCormac said. “To put that in perspective, our two worst months were April at 1,169 [cases] and November at 1,167 [cases] so if we continue at this pace December will break the monthly record after less than three weeks.” ....
