PLAINFIELD, IL As a lifelong Plainfield resident grew up on a family farm, local attorney John Argoudelis cares about the community and its future. With that in mind, he decided to run for mayor in the April 6 Consolidated Election. I see that we can make the best Plainfield happen but too often petty, small town politics and a complete lack of leadership prevent us from achieving our potential, he said. I m an educated, experienced and open-minded person. Whatever opportunities we have to make the best Plainfield, I m interested in them.
Thanks so much for the info rich, absolutely abhorrent. Worst part is how Kinzinger is almost certainly running vs duckworth (has put out text polls vs her multiple times and nrsc is targeting Tammy very hard) so lauf has a very good shot at winning in November. Plus there’s an even more extreme candidate Lombardi in the race as well who has the blessing of people like Nick Fuentes.
Lauf is a dangerous conspiracy theorists and one willing to say and push truly untrue things to undermine American Democracy
Outside that, Lauf is a carpetbagger who supports Trump, seeks Trump’s approval and all that means in racist thinking and insurrection of the American government.

The rental assistance will pay for up to nine months of back rent as well as three months of future rental expense. (Shutterstock)
WILL COUNTY, IL The Will County Board voted Thursday to begin negotiations with the Illinois Housing Development Authority to coordinate Emergency Rental Assistance for individuals and families struggling to pay rent in the county.
The United States Treasury granted $20.6 million to Will County for rental assistance. The county will work with IHDA, which also received a grant from the federal government, so services are not duplicated and maximum relief is provided for residents. The ERA will provide direct financial assistance for rent and utilities.
Will County Executive Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant said holding up hiring and other needed actions seemed irresponsible while the health department waits for anticipated grant money.
