LISBON An East Liverpool man who pleaded guilty to a list of charges last week and was told to stay out of trouble pending sentencing was back in court in custody on Tuesday.
On April 28, Matthew R. Young, 25, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony; trafficking in cocaine, a third-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both a third-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony; possession of drugs, a misdemeanor and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.
