With Christmas just days behind us, I cannot help but think of how the conclusion of our state legislature s two-year session without action on House Bill 6 will continue to haunt our state. Much as Ebenezer Scrooge painfully witnesses the consequences of his past mistakes, our policymakers must realize the shortcomings of their actions on energy policies and take comprehensive steps to address them if they genuinely want Ohio ever to lead in the energy sector.
