Firefighters from six counties, in Maryland and Pennsylvania, will be doing a water supply drill from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Crews from Harford, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, York (Pa.) and Lancaster (Pa.) are participating.
