The Dispatch A Florida man was arrested Saturday after allegedly kidnapping a woman in Randolph County, leading law enforcement on a multi-county chase and firing at officers. At approximately 1:45 p.m. Saturday afternoon Manuel Jesus Robles, 32, of Ocala, Florida, allegedly kidnapped a 31-year-old woman at gunpoint on Coleridge Road in Asheboro, according to information provided by the Asheboro Police Department.
