Vanetia Porter baked Christmas cakes, put together seasonal hampers and created gingerbread houses for raffles to take place at each of St John and St Anneâs social housing facilities â Taylor/Bonner House in Uppingham; South Street and St Anneâs Close, both in Oakham. She also organised three social distanced events for residents and served homemade mince pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate, followed by the drawing of the raffles. ....
