What Pa. lawmakers liked and loathed in the $900B coronavirus relief package

Pennsylvania lawmakers hailed the passage of the coronavirus relief package, even as they noted its shortcomings and late arrival.
The $900 billion package approved late Monday night would provide $600 in stimulus payments to most Americans; a temporary weekly benefit of $300 for the unemployed; and aid for business, restaurants, health care providers and schools. It was merged with a broader $1.4 trillion bill to finance federal government programs.
Late Tuesday, President Donald Trump assailed the stimulus package as insufficient and said he may not sign it. Trump said he is asking Congress to amend the bill and “increase the ridiculously low $600 to $2,000, or $4,000 for a couple. I am also asking Congress to get rid of the wasteful and unnecessary items from this legislation and to send me a suitable bill.” ....
