The City of Timmins finally has a Water and Wastewater Financial Plan, following Tuesday’s council meeting.
Adoption of the document, necessary to meet Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks licensing requirements, and a 10-year rate schedule recommended in a report presented by Oscar Poloni, managing partner with KPMG’s Sudbury office didn’t come without a pair of lengthy and at times spirited debates, however.
