At a meeting held on January 19, 2021, Council deferred a decision on the applications to allow staff to undertake additional consultation with Indigenous groups. A summary of the consultations with the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte and the Huron-Wendat Nation is contained in a supplementary staff report.
