The open meeting for Marlow charities Eight charities that work in Marlow took part in a Zoom conference to bring volunteers together and promote voluntary projects. Hosted by the Marlow Bridge Rotary Club (MBRC) the meeting took place on the 116th anniversary of the first Rotary club in America on Monday February 23. MBRC’s open meeting was attended by representatives from a wide range of local groups including Chiltern Rangers, One Can Trust, Marlow Medical Group, Marlow Energy Group, Marlow Wombles, End Plastic Soup, Marlow Library and MarlowFM. Attendees heard how Marlow Bridge Rotary Club under the direction of Paul Bolton, aims to act as an umbrella organisation to help the community bring volunteers together and promote voluntary projects in the local area. ....
