President Biden on Friday will hold a formal Rose Garden news conference with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga, capping an afternoon of meetings with the first foreign leader to visit the White House in person during Biden’s presidency.
The visit takes place as the nation grapples with yet another mass shooting. Biden is expected to be briefed Friday morning on the shooting at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis late Thursday in which a gunman killed at least eight people and then himself. ....
