PhilSys Step 2 now in assisted-barangays in Kalinga Philippine Information Agency 01 Jun 2021, 16:38 GMT+10 CITY OF TABUK, Kalinga, June 1 (PIA) - - The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) moves to Step 2 of the Philippine Identification System or PhilSys ID national registration in assisted barangays in the province. PhilSys Step 2 registration is on-going for residents of Cabaritan, this city, Liwan West in Rizal and Taga in Pinukpuk who have completed the Step 1 registration.These assisted barangays are those with high poverty incidence and no internet connectivity. Step 2 involves validation of documentary requirements and capturing the biometric information of the registrant such as fingerprints, iris scan and facial recognition. ....
