BATU PAHAT: A doctor died when his car got involved in a fatal road accident with a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) at KM2 along Jalan Kluang-Batu Pahat here. Batu Pahat OCPD Asst Comm Ismail Dollah said that police received a call at around 9.40am on Saturday (May 22) about the incident. “Initial investigations so far revealed that the victim, identified as Dr Noor Zairul Muhamad, aged 50, was driving his Porsche alone from Sri Gading heading towards town. “The incident happened at around 9am when the victim lost control of his vehicle and hit a streetlight before entering the opposite lane and collided with the other vehicle, driven by a 31-year-old man, ” he said here on Saturday. ....
