And that includes the stuff that’s not overly conspicuous. “It’s our community, and it doesn t matter whether you can see it or not,” Sullivan said. The co-chief executive of One SouthCoast Chamber was referring to a gully of refuse that has accumulated behind and below his Fall River chamber of commerce building on Pocasset Street.
