Rammell grew up in eastern Idaho and ran for a U.S. Senate seat in 2008 before moving to Wyoming. He ran against Liz Cheney for the U.S. House seat in 2016, and also for governor in 2018. Rommel told Oil City News he’s plenty frustrated with Wyoming’s current leadership, but the highlight of his platform has never changed since his first Senate run. ....
