K&D will be absorbed into Dentsu PR. Masahiro Makiguchi, CEO of Dentsu PR Dentsu Public Relations Inc. has announced plans to merge with risk consultancy K&D Consulting Incorporated. Both companies are Dentsu Japan Network agencies. Effective September 1, 2021, K&D Consulting will be absorbed into the surviving entity, Dentsu Public Relations. According to a release, the purpose of the merger is to further strengthen the Dentsu Group’s expertise in the risk consulting field and enhance the value provided to companies and organizations.
