As the general manager for Trustworthy Brewing Co. inside The Grand Canal Shoppes on The Palazzo side, the restaurant and bar is also home to an onsite brewery. “When the opportunity for Trustworthy arose, I thought, ‘Now I can translate my love for selling craft beer to potentially producing craft beer,’” says Parekh. Before he joined the company in 2019, Parekh had a long career in food and beverage, which began in the Bay Area in California. ....
