WAITE PARK Marsha Baisch, St. Cloud s assistant superintendent of elementary education will retire later this month. Baisch began at the St. Cloud district working with kindergarteners in 2014, and previously served as a school district administrator in Hopkins, Eden Prairie and St. Paul. She also previously worked as a teacher and as a principal. Oak Hill Elementary School Principal Mike Rivard will take over Baisch s position, according to the school district. Rivard has worked with the St. Cloud district since 1995, previously as a social worker, special education supervisor and assistant principal. The district expects to announce a new principal at Oak Hill Elementary next week, said Director of Community Engagement and Communication Tami DeLand. ....
