They all have their own dealers, the network is there,â Ryan says. âThere is hardly a place around in any of the villages in North Tipp that we havenât heard of that people arenât using drugs and dealing drugs,â he adds. Lincoln graduates and graduands (those yet to graduate) will be back in town on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 May, for the first time in 11 years. The last time the University’s graduating students paraded through the city’s streets in their mortarboards and gowns was in 2010, and this year there will be three processions. Last year’s ceremony could not go ahead because of the COVID-19 lockdown so a special celebration ceremony is being held to honour 2020 graduates on 13 May, ....
