Tuesday, 25th May 2021, 4:45 pm It was previous Roxy Arcade but has been completely ripped out and refitted as Roxy Ball Room creating one mammoth gamer’s paradise. The popular Leeds-based chain has create an entirely new basement level with Bank Shot Shuffleboard, Duckpin Bowling, Crazy Pool, Karaoke, arcade machines and a new bar. Crazy Pool is a mash-up of crazy golf and pool. Players must navigate a variety of obstacles to pot the ball on a waist-high mini-golf course bathed in UV light, using a pool cue instead of a putter. ....

Adventure Bar Group takes first steps outside London heartland Experiential cocktail bar company, the Adventure Bar Group, has unveiled a pair of landmark venues in Birmingham – its first steps beyond its London heartland. The group now operates 12 sites across London and Birmingham, including branded bars Tonight Josephine, Bar Elba, Blame Gloria and The Escapologist. Led by founders Thomas Kidd and Tobias Jackson, the Group debuted the first of two new sites on Monday 12 April with the launch of an outdoor bar and dining concept Luna Springs in Digbeth before the opening of second site, Tonight Josephine, in Birmingham’s city centre in May. ....
Free shuttle service launched by Stagecoach for people getting Covid jab at new vaccination centre in Ramsgate | Updated: 11:02, 25 February 2021 A free minibus service to shuttle people to and from a new mass vaccination centre has been launched. Anyone with a Covid vaccine appointment can board the minibus service, which links Westwood Cross bus hub with the vaccination site at the former Saga building off Haine Road, Ramsgate. The Stagecoach vaccination shuttle bus with driver Dave Hill (left) and local operations manager Danny Millis (right) Stagecoach will be operating the shuttle up to every 15 minutes throughout the day, seven days a week, to cater for the hub, which is open 8am to 8pm. ....
