Assault Plaintiffs Get Court Date

The eight
survivor-plaintiffs behind the sexual assault class action against Austin and Travis County will have their long awaited day in court. On Wednesday, Feb. 10, the
5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals set the case for oral argument, tentatively scheduled for the week of March 29.

After Three Years, Survivors' Lawsuit Plaintiffs Will Get Their Day In Court

The eight
survivor-plaintiffs behind the sexual assault class action against Austin and Travis County will have their long-awaited day in court. On Wednesday, Feb. 10, the
