'Polar Express' coming to Souderton for Christmas in July

The Souderton-Telford Rotary Club holds its second annual âChristmas in July Drive-Inâ on Saturday, July 24, (raindate July 31).
Gate opens at 6:30 p.m.; film begins at 8 p.m. Cost is $25 per vehicle and can be purchased through the Souderton-Telford Rotary website. Tickets will not be sold at the gate.
Only 80 spots are available and all were filled in 2020.

The feature film will be Polar Express viewed on a HUGE LED screen and heard through your FM dial! All proceeds benefit the Souderton Community Park Renovation Project, a release said. Concessions will be available for purchase.
Sponsorships are available, contact the Rotary club through its website. Come early â a jolly man in a red suit will be making an appearance! the release said.Â ....

20 BUCKS ALIENS GIVEN CITIZENSHIPÂ âÂ Forty-two applicants were declared not eligible by the examiner because they are alien enemies, having made their application for citizenship after the World War started. Naturalization was refused on the grounds that the United States was still in a state of war with the countries of which these applications are natives. These applications will receive attention when peace is declared.
JANUARY BRIDE CROP ONLY TOTALED UP 38Â âÂ Whether there is a shortage of romance in 1921 or whether the high cost of living has put the damper on Dan Cupid s marrying outfit, is not known, but there was a shortage of marriage licenses issued in Bucks for the first month of the New Year . Out of the 38 brides, 36 are going to help their husbands make-good, for every one of them has an occupation. It is almost a certainty that they will split the weekly pay-roll and everything will be lovely. ....
