A ROSYTH man who tried to commit suicide has set up a Facebook group to help others facing mental health struggles. John Graddon, 27, of Duffy Place, said it had been going for just two months but already has more than 900 members and helped save countless lives. He told the Press: I suffer from mental health problems. Two years ago, I self-harmed and tried to kill myself, anything to try and numb the pain. During the pandemic, I ve realised a lot of people are suffering and there s not enough people for them to talk to and get help. John has recovered and, together with a friend he met online, Mike Barton, they set up the Mental Health, Anxiety and Depression Support Group, where members can feel free to say exactly how they re feeling and know they ll be listened to. ....
