In addition, a small retail building (formerly a motel) that sits at 2528 Eighth will see its five month-to-month tenants vacate within 90 days, Hostettler told the Post. Hostettler, known for his development of various Davidson County sites with residential buildings via HND Realty LLC, said he plans a retail building on the two-parcel site.
