Representative image GREATER NOIDA: Badaun police on Friday arrested five members of a vehicle lifters’ gang that allegedly executed at least two loots using a similar modus operandi in Gautam Budh Nagar area in the past one month. The accused have been identified as Nazim, Rahul, Pankaj, Mohsin and Nafees. According to police, the first incident took place on June 17 when Madhya Pradesh native Sanjay had alleged that the five accused booked his cab from Delhi’s Anand Vihar to Pari Chowk but fled with the vehicle. The accused had asked Sanjay to halt the vehicle somewhere in Knowledge Park police station when one of them claimed he had to answer nature’s call. However, they fled with the cab after overpowering Sanjay once he stopped the cab. ....
