The ‘Souper Bowl’ has become a Madison tradition since 1995, and it’s the largest fundraiser for the UW-Madison student chapter of Habitat. It’s usually held at Madison West High School, complete with the UW band, acapella groups and entertainment. But the format of the fundraiser wasn’t the only thing that changed during the pandemic. “The biggest thing is that we’ve been limited in how much we can volunteers, big groups, and also like our, our attendance at events for like volunteers, and customers for like events like suitable is way down this year because of the pandemic so I think it’s affected us in that way, but we’re doing the best we can with what we got,” said Souper Bowl director Matt Gochee. ....
