Hopkinsville Police Detective Randall Greene testified that the first arriving officers found 25-year old Kachelle Isbell of Hopkinsville kneeling over Johnson’s body with a gun on her person when they arrived and that she allegedly admitted to shooting him. Isbell told police she and Johnson had been talking around a fire pit in front of 1504 College Street and the conversation became heated when Johnson expressed he’d be letting a woman who has cancer reside in his home. Isbell claims Johnson kept approaching her and made physical contact with her before she shot him. ....
