Advertisement The Ugandan parliament has ordered legislators to return iPads that were issued to them five years ago by April 30. The iPads, which were handed to them in 2016 at the beginning of their terms in office, were meant to help facilitate the MPs work. In a March 31 letter from the Clerk to Parliament, Jane Kibirige reminds all lawmakers that the gadgets are the property of the government and must be returned or paid for before the end of MPs terms. ....
