Mixed growing season for Iowa farmers Unmute KEOKUK (WGEM) With the growing season now halfway over, Southeast Iowa farmers said while some things are doing well, they re still holding out hope for other crops. Normally, we like to get 50 and 70 bushels per acre but we re running a little closer to 80 or 90 right now most of it, he said.
