Investigators said it is likely more than one person is creating havoc in the neighborhood and sticking businesses with big repair bills. However, cameras keep capturing a single face and detectives aren’t sure these crimes will stop until that woman gets help. “The past four months she has hit us five times,” said Donna Chan, who owns Macarons, a specialty bakery on 16th Ave SW. ....
