The first section included the properties along the Nubanusit Brook, currently occupied by businesses like Knitty Gritty Yarn Shop, Anytime Apparel and Bowerbird & Friends, and what would eventually become Twelve Pine. “We just looked at it and said there’s some real possibilities here,” Gregg said.
