Qatar the 2022 FIFA World cup organisers inaugurated the fourth of eight 2022 World Cup venues, the Al Rayyan Stadium, when the country hosted the Amir Cup final between Al-Sadd and Al-Arabi on Friday. Former Barcelona and Spain midfielder Xavi Hernandez coached Al-Sadd, coached beat Al-Arabi 2-1 to lift their 17th Amir Cup title after Algeria forward Baghdad Bounedjah scored twice. FIFA President Gianni Infantino said in a statement that “It is a wonderful football stadium . He adds “The atmosphere is incredible, with the seats extremely close to the pitch. I am sure this will be a perfect football arena in 2022 when it hosts matches during the World Cup. The country is very well prepared for the next FIFA World Cup and on track to host a memorable installment of the tournament – the first in the Middle East and the Arab world.” ....
