The complex will consist of two mid-rise buildings separated by a parking garage. Each 21,700-square-foot building will have 75 homes divided between studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The development is between Mulligan’s Gov. Wolf Building apartments on North Second Street and Larry Holmes Drive. The garage will have 275 parking spaces with 50 of those reserved for Gov.
