The Texas Department of Public Safety issued the AMBER Alert for 4-year-old Wyatt Crowley out of Austin who was last seen Sunday morning in the town of Burton. Burton is about 10 miles west of Brenham. Joshua Crowley was taken into custody in a shopping center off the North Freeway on Monday. Child s description Wyatt Crowley, 4, is a white male, has brown hair and brown eyes, is 3 feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds. He was last seen at about 8 a.m. May 2 on FM 390 in Burton.
