That decision came after a preliminary hearing for 17-year old Kamare Lewis.He and 15-year-old Kevin Spencer are charged in the September attack on 36-year-old Ee Lee.According to the criminal complaint, Lee was in the park on a blanket when she was approached by a group of at least five young men and boys.Investigators said at least two of the boys severely beat and sexually assaulted her, leaving her to die by the pond. Lewis and Spencer are charged with first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree sexual assault.Both teenagers are scheduled to be back in court next month.If convicted, t
