Toyota Kirloskar to setup Community Health Centre in Bidadi, will offer healthcare to the locals

Toyota Kirloskar will be setting up a new Community Health Centre in Bidadi. This centre, built with an investment of Rs. 120 million, will cater to more than 120,000 people with its healthcare facilities. CHCs are facilities run by the Government of Karnataka to provide affordable and comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental and mental healthcare. TKM is making the above-mentioned investment for constructing a new two-storied building within the existing CHC premises in Bidadi on the Bangalore-Mysore highway. Construction of the new CHC is likely to be completed in the next 24 to 30 months. The new CHC facility, when ready, will also benefit highway accident victims. ....

Indian Hume Pipe Company receives LoA for water supply project from Govt. of Karnataka

Indian Hume Pipe Company has received Letter of Acceptance for the work of Rs.198.80 crore (excluding GST) from Minor Irrigation and Ground Water Development Division, Kalaburgi, Karnataka Government for the work of Filling of tanks in Kalaburgi (south) Taluka of Kalaburgi district by lifting Water from Bennethora Reservoir for ground water development & drinking water purpose on turnkey basis including operation and maintenance for 5 years.
The project is to be completed within 24 months.
The Agreement will be signed in due course.

New order win boosts Indian Hume Pipe Co

Indian Hume Pipe Company rose 2% to Rs 212 after the company received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for the work of Rs 198.80 crore from the Karnataka Government.
Indian Hume Pipe on Thursday announced that it has received a LoA from the Minor Irrigation and Ground Water Development Division, Kalaburgi, Karnataka Government for the work of filling of tanks in Kalaburgi (south) Taluka of Kalaburgi district.
The scope of the work is lifting water from Bennethora Reservoir for ground water development & drinking water purpose on turnkey basis including operation and maintenance for five years. The project is to be completed within 24 months. ....
