He got separated with some friends going out on saturday night. This was an all day search unfortunately that ended with the answer that family and friends did not want, that they had found the body of navid sepehri. Now, this is year the bannockburn swim club. Navid was last seen around 11 30 p. M. Saturday. Friends are saying its possible he was walking with the a group and somehow got separated from them but police have not confirmed that account yet. He was a 17yearold senior at Walt Whitman High School. In a letter sent to the community the principal said navids death appears to be accidental and asked people to remember navids love of art and commitment to others. So, we still need an autopsy performed by the medical examiner before police will say the exact manner and cause of death. Now, out school, its been a difficult which you believe of weeks. Toward the end of november a younger student a 16yearold also died and so theyve been dealing with that. Now add that on top of this as you said steve and allison, there will be additional grief counselors here at the school other staff to help students process their emotions. Police in the district looking for man who robbed a mcdonalds after climbing through a drive through window t this happened on sunday morning around 5 00 in the morning at the restaurant on georgia avenue. Police say the man climbed through the drive through window. Once he was inside he robbed the store and he took off with an unknown amount of money. Anyone with any information is asked to call police. Lets get to the devastating wildfires in southern califni there. The thomas fire continues to burn out of control forcing new evacuations in ventura and Santa Barbara counties to the north of los angeles. Some evacuations taking place in the middle of the night. The last few weeks really when weve seen such a volatile market but tremendous gains in the last few weeks and, yes, Bitcoin Futures made its debut on the chicago markets last night a huge debut. Its interesting because a lot of bitcoin backers are seeing this move as giving bitcoin a little bit more legitimacy and hoping it will encourage wider spread use. Meanwhile critics still say this could just be a bubble and theyre waiting for the price to collapse. But when you look at where bitcoin has gone in 2017, its up more than 1400 percent. So, this is this is huge and this is a big a big jump that weve seen this past year. So, as far as what it is, it is tough to understand. Its a crypto currency, a Virtual Currency and, you know, we hear a lot of negative things about it, hackers using it demanding it as a ransom, i think thats kind of the most common thing that people really associate bitcoin with. I think the big question people have is people hea it is up 1400 percent how can i get this. Can you just go to your broker and say i want bitcoin. Reporter i believe you can now. And whats interesting though here with the futures youre not it doesnt involve the actual bitcoin. What youre betting on is their securities that will track the price on gemini. Gemi. The largest bitcoin exchanges. So, thats whats important to note about the futures but as far as bitcoin now, sure, if you can pay the money now, because its expensive now to get into bitcoin i think. Right. Its. So, one of the most common expenses that parents will pay cell phone bills, followed by transportation and then, of course, you know, helping out with Student Loans or any other medical loans, things like that.
