West Lebanon Township declares a Snow Emergency for Wednesda

Several municipalities in Central PA declare Snow Emergency for Wednesday

Several municipalities across Central Pennsylvania announced this morning that they have declared a Snow Emergency for Wednesday in lieu of the forecast calling for heavy snow. 
Snow Emergencies for the following areas go into effect tomorrow: 
Dallastown Borough - Snow emergency goes into effect at 10 a.m. on Dec. 16. 
Duncannon - Snow emergency goes into effect at 8 a.m. on Dec. 16. 
Jonestown Borough - Snow emergency goes into effect at 8 a.m. on Dec. 16 though Dec. 18. 
Middletown Borough - Snow emergency goes into effect at 10 a.m. on Dec. 16.
